Steeping Method

1. Warming the teapot Pour hot water into the teapot. Empty the teapot by discarding water into the slop bowl. 2. Washing tealeaves and utensils Put an appropriate amount of tealeaves into the teapot. Pour fresh boiling water into the teapot. Discard water into the slop bowl. Fill the fair-jar and cups with hot water. 3. Brewing Refill the teapot with hot water. Allow tea to steep for an adequate amount of time. 4. Serving Discard water from the fair-jar. Pour tea into the fair-jar. Remove hot water from the cups. Pour tea into the cups to serve.
